DPI

Design

DPI is a measurement to quantify the resolution of a printed image, by measuring the number of printed dots (which form the image) can fit in a line 1 inch long. The higher the number of dots the more detail available, the higher the resolution of the image. Generally printed media should be at a resolution of 300 DPI for the best results.
